Room setup not organized as a family room!!! Housekeeping delays inconsistent!!! The glass doors for privacy are far from ideal!!! TV channels often hang, which can be annoying!!!

great experience but minor flaws
The accommodation features big rooms with very comfortable beds, which made my sleep quite restful. The staff were exceedingly attentive and friendly, which created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. I was particularly impressed with the breathtaking sea view visible from my room. it felt like a perfect escape. Close to the beach, it was easy to stroll along the shore whenever I wished.
I found the open design of the bathrooms lacked sufficient privacy for my liking.

Stayed in the Sea Facing Table Mountain King Room for 2 nights—super comfy! Loved the spacious layout and the soft bedding. The view was absolutely stunning. The balcony was a nice touch, with chairs and a table to chill outside. The heated pool was great in the winter too! Only bump was the open bathroom design—felt a bit weird with the lack of privacy. But overall, a really nice room for relaxing by the beach!

The staff was super attentive, always ready to help. Loved the location right opposite the kite surfing beach and tons of nearby restaurants. The room was spacious with an incredible view that made waking up so lovely.
